TruGreen Limited Partnership is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Springfield, MO. You will drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, and identify customer needs while building relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking of English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route.
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment.
