TruGreen Limited Partnership is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Joplin, MO. You will manage an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments to homes and businesses, and build lasting customer relationships while working outdoors and staying active.

Paid training is provided, with company-paid certification when applicable, and competitive benefits. You will operate a company vehicle and must meet DOT-related requirements. Growth opportunities exist within the local team.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old at time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Exserve essential functions with or without accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• English read/write fluency

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services
• Manage your route and customer information using a tablet
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely
