Job summary

TruGreen Limited Partnership is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in St. Charles, MO. You will drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, and identify customer needs to tailor solutions. Paid training and state certification are provided as you build relationships with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification possible).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
