TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Columbia, MO. This role involves driving a route, applying lawn care treatments, and delivering exceptional service to homeowners. Paid training, certification, and benefits are provided.

Must be 19+, hold a valid license, and be located in the United States. You will work outdoors on an independent route with opportunities for growth, bonuses, and health/dental/vision coverage after eligibility period.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
• You MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
