TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Columbia, MO. You will manage an assigned route, apply lawn treatments, and deliver exceptional service to homeowners. Paid training and state certification are provided, with weekly pay and opportunities for overtime during peak season.

The role involves working outdoors, handling a company vehicle, and using a tablet to manage customer data. A valid driver’s license and fluency in English are required.

• Must be at least 19 years old at hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
