Job summary

TruGreen's Lawton branch is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service a local customer base, follow an assigned route, and apply lawn treatments to homes and businesses. This role emphasizes independent work, customer service, and safe operation of lawn care equipment.

Paid training and state certification are provided, with opportunities for career growth, weekly pay, and benefits after 30 days. A valid US driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle record (MVR) check and a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route.
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
