Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Phoenix is seeking an Enhancement Laborer to execute small-scale landscaping operations and maintain the grounds of commercial properties. You will perform plant removal, lawn replanting, planter conversions, sidewalk work, mulching, pruning, irrigation support, and operate lawn care equipment.

This is a full-time role requiring physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge to identify proper amount of water application and penetration.
• Current driver license.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant removal, replanting of lawn, converting lawn areas to planters, or planters to lawn.
• Replace broken sidewalk, lay mow strips, mulch, prune, and plant trees.
• Utilize pruning and trimming equipment to maintain trees and shrubs.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment including mowers, blowers, trimmers, and similar power tools.
• Water plants, lawns, and gardens and apply fertilizer.
