Job summary

BAM Outdoor, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Crew Member in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time, year-round role involves performing landscape enhancement and maintenance tasks and working with a dynamic team.

You will operate equipment, assist in projects, and contribute to installations while adhering to safety guidelines and a strong work ethic. Weekly pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn in landscape design, equipment operation, or leadership.
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Foreman in executing landscape plans.
• Operate commercial-grade equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and more.
• Maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Plant, trim, prune, and complete landscape and lawn installations.
• Contribute to hardscaping projects and outdoor lighting installations.
• Handle snow removal during the winter months.
• Safely operate machinery such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and other heavy equipment.
• Work in various outdoor conditions, rain or shine, hot or cold!
