Job summary

BAM Outdoor, Inc. in Westfield, Indiana is seeking a full-time, year-round Maintenance Crew Driver to join our landscape team. You will transport crew members and equipment between sites and assist with landscape maintenance.

This role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth in landscape design, equipment operation, or leadership as you gain experience. Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 60 pounds, and thrive outdoors in all weather.

• Previous landscape maintenance experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals.
• A desire to learn and grow—whether that’s in landscape design, equipment operation, or leadership.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive a company truck and trailer to transport crew members, equipment, and materials between job sites.
• Conduct landscape maintenance duties alongside the crew and contribute to outdoor projects.
• Assist with snow removal operations during winter as needed.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Work in various outdoor conditions, rain or shine, hot or cold.

What We’re Looking For:

As a Maintenance Crew Driver, you will perform all landscape maintenance duties alongside your crew while serving as the designated company vehicle driver. You will safely transport crew members, equipment, and materials between the branch and job sites and work under the direction of the Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team and take pride in creating stunning landscapes that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial-grade equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and more.


• Safely operate a company truck and trailer to transport crew members, equipment, and materials between job sites.


• Plant, trim, prune, water, and more for landscapes.


• Contribute to outdoor lighting installations.


• Assist with snow removal operations during the winter season.


• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.


• Work in various outdoor conditions, rain or shine, hot or cold!
