Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance on customer properties as described.
• Maintain trees, shrubs, perennials and seasonal flowers.
• Use hand tools and gas/electric equipment such as power shears, power blowers, mowers, line trimmers.
• Mowing, edging, fertilization, weed control, bed raking, trimming and pruning.
• Water containers, beds and hanging baskets as needed.
• Maintain vehicle and tools; ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Report problems to Crew Lead or Supervisor.
• Complete monthly vehicle inspections and required paperwork.
• Monitor Salesforce, emails, and phone messages; respond promptly.
• Stay informed on industry trends and participate in LEAN activities.
• Update Salesforce daily with accurate records.
