Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscape tools and machinery.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Operate landscape equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor plant health and report any issues such as pests, diseases, or other concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist in landscape installation projects as needed.
• Apply fertilizers, mulch, and other treatments to gardens and lawns following company guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of landscape tasks.
