Job summary

Earthworks Enginering, Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties. Tasks include mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and general clean-up. Training will be provided for applicants with no prior experience.

The role is full-time and outdoor, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Flexible scheduling and potential weekend shifts are available to accommodate busy properties and seasons.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus, not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
• Flexible availability for various schedules, including 4/10 shifts or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up.
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
