Job summary

Heritage and Company, Inc. is seeking Landscape Maintenance Laborers to perform mowing, trimming, and planting, ensuring high-quality outdoor spaces for clients.

You will operate maintenance equipment, maintain a tidy work area, and collaborate with teammates while delivering excellent on-site customer service. Prior experience is preferred but not required; valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and mulching.
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and store tools properly.
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow supervisor instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site.
