Job summary

Grounds Guys is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to provide frontline lawn care and landscape services. You’ll perform tasks like mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and pruning outdoors, in various weather, with heavy physical work.

You must be passionate about serving customers and the community, have solid communication, and be ready to train within six months if needed. The role offers room to grow into higher-level positions as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, lawn service, or related industry.
• Willing to complete training within 6 months if no prior experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Front-line role delivering high-quality landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning).
• Work outdoors in all weather, performing very physical tasks and lifting 35–80 pounds.
• Ensure jobs are wrapped up and ready for the next day, maintaining safety and quality.
