Job summary

Hidden Creek Landscaping, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance (MT) Landscape Crew Member to support daily field operations in Central Ohio. This full-time onsite role reports to the MT Foreman/ MT Production Manager and involves operating landscape equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Ability to operate landscape maintenance equipment (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, rain, and cold weather.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with your Foreman to plan daily work and assist with loading/unloading trucks and materials.
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning (3 D’s), bed weeding, and general landscape maintenance.
• Safely operate landscape equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, saws, and snow equipment.
• Complete jobs on time while meeting quality and budget standards.
• Conduct daily vehicle, tool, and job site inspections.
• Follow all safety and PPE guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized trucks, equipment, and job sites.
• Communicate professionally with customers and support overall team goals.
