Job summary

HLM Landscape Services in Lexington, KY is hiring a Landscape Commercial Crew Member to maintain and beautify commercial properties. You will mow, edge, trim, prune shrubs, plant flowers, and perform clean-up tasks while working with a crew leader to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and the flexibility to work in various weather conditions. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and seasonal overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for long hours.
• Valid driver's license required (DOT certification may be required).
• Experience in landscaping is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work with a Crew Leader and assist with equipment loading/unloading.
