Job summary

Russell Landscape is seeking skilled Crew Members to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. You’ll work on a professional crew servicing commercial properties and perform quality maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and pruning.

Candidates should have 2+ years of commercial landscape experience, be able to operate mowers and related equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of commercial landscape experience.
• Ability to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Work on a professional landscape maintenance crew serving commercial properties.
• Perform maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and more.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials, keeping tools in top shape.
• Follow directions from Crew Leaders and ensure job sites are clean, safe, and complete.
• Occasionally support commercial construction or enhancement projects.
