Job summary

Heartland LLC is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to maintain commercial properties through mowing, trimming, planting, and cleanup. You will work outdoors in all weather, operate professional equipment, and take pride in getting the job done right.

Typical duties include mowing, edging, pruning, and bed maintenance, with daily direction from a Crew Leader. This role offers year-round work, uniforms and PPE supplied, and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus but training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather (heat, rain, cold).
• Valid driver's license preferred (DOT where applicable).
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees/shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from the Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable).
