Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is a commercial landscape construction and management company, a family-owned and employee-owned business. The Crew Member helps onsite managers by performing landscape construction duties, operating hand and finishing tools, and maintaining a safe, collaborative outdoor work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic, hardworking, and dependable.
• Ability to work safely while operating heavy landscape construction tools and materials.
• Work well on a team.
• Enjoy working outdoors.
• Prior industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape construction duties as directed by onsite Managers
• Operate various hand and finishing tools
• Perform functions such as grading, installation, and mulching in a safe working environment
• Work in a team environment
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
• Perform other various duties assigned
• Participate in appreciate and celebrateevents
