Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Crew Member to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties under field managers’ direction. This role emphasizes teamwork, operating mowing and finishing equipment, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Hours typically run 40–45 per week, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays in spring; prior industry experience is not required. We offer competitive pay and benefits including medical, 401(k), and flexible work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must have previous experience.
• Must have a Valid clean driver license.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance duties as directed by Field Managers.
• Operate mowing and finishing equipment; perform labor, mulching, installation, etc.
• Work in a team environment.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Engage in appreciation events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Prior industry experience not required.
• Hours are typically 40-45 per week, M-F (some Saturdays in Spring).
