Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Crew Member to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties under the guidance of field managers. The role involves operating mowing and finishing equipment, mulching, installation, and other labor duties in a team-based setting.

Typical hours are 40–45 per week, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays in Spring. No prior industry experience is required; a competitive salary and benefits package are provided by a family-owned, employee-owned company

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• No formal experience required, on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties as directed by field managers.
• Operate mowing and finishing equipment and assist with mulching, installation and related tasks.
• Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Participate in events or activities as requested by management.
• Hours typically 40–45 per week, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays in Spring.
