Job summary

Ruppert Landscape seeks aCrew Member to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties under field managers’ guidance. You will operate mowing and finishing equipment, assist with mulching and installations, and work in a team to keep sites clean and professional.

Hours are typically 40–45 per week, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays in spring. No prior industry experience is required, and a competitive salary plus benefits are provided.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties as directed by field managers.
• Operate mowing and finishing equipment, perform mulching and installation tasks.
• Work in a team environment and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Participate in events and activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
