Ruppert Landscape Co. is hiring a Crew Member to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties under field managers' guidance. You will operate mowing and finishing equipment, work in a team, and maintain a professional appearance on site.

Hours are typically 40–45 per week, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays in spring. Pay ranges from $15 to $21 per hour and full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and flexible work–life balance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping maintenance experience.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance as directed by field managers.
• Operate mowing and finishing equipment; perform labor tasks.
• Work in a team environment.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance on site.
• Engage in appreciation and celebrate events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Prior industry experience is not required.
• Hours: 40-45 per week, M-F (some Saturdays in Spring).
