Environmental Management Inc. is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join our Plain City, OH crew. You will help install commercial landscape projects, including trees, plants, sod, mulch, and decorative stone, and you may work on paver patios and other hardscape features.

The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and safety as you assist with site preparation, operating tools, and following project specifications to support on-site success.

Qualifications

• Previous landscape construction experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial landscape construction projects, including installation of trees, shrubs, plants, sod, mulch, and decorative stone.
• Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, edging, and other hardscape features.
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation activities.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read site plans and follow project specifications as directed by the Crew Leader.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
