LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER
Summary
The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing daily landscape and hardscape installation activities while ensuring efficiency, quality workmanship, and adherence to company standards. Working under the direction of the Foreman/Forewoman and Superintendent, and in coordination with the Project Manager, this position leads and supports crew members in the successful completion of commercial and residential landscape construction projects.
The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for coordinating daily job site activities, providing direction and training to crew members, ensuring compliance with company safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires hands‑on leadership, equipment operation, and a strong understanding of landscape installation practices and materials.
