Environmental Management Inc. in Plain City, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Foreperson/Forewoman to lead a commercial landscape maintenance crew and oversee daily site operations.

You will supervise tasks, ensure quality and safety, train staff, coordinate with Account Managers, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering timely, high-quality landscape services across assigned properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience.
• Previous crew leadership, foreperson, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Pesticide Applicator License is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate landscape maintenance crew members.
• Assign daily work tasks and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Monitor crew performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Promote a safety-first, quality-focused team culture.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
