Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Level II Guide to act as the personal interpreter of cultural, historical, and natural resources while supporting guests in outdoor settings in Georgia. The role involves leading educational excursions, ensuring safety, and providing engaging interpretation to visitors.

The position emphasizes knowledge of local ecology and history, strong customer service, and the ability to adapt to client requirements across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding in an outdoor environment.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
• First Aid training such as Wilderness First Responder preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk and be physically active for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead guests on organized and educational excursions.
• Greet guests and provide orientation on safety, equipment, and area regulations.
• Adhere to safety policies to ensure guest safety.
• Ensure guide compliance with operations manual and contracts.
• Be aware of MSDS sheets and use information when necessary.
• Test communications equipment prior to operation.
