Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver''s license.
• Within 12 months, obtain a Class B CDL and complete First Aid & Snow/Ice Training; Traffic Control/Flagger and OSHA 10 certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic automotive and power equipment for road maintenance.
• Use equipment to control vegetation along roads.
• Perform snow removal on highways.
• Spread salt on highways to prevent icing.
• Flag traffic and ensure safety at work sites.
