Qualifications

• Experience in heavy highway, site development, or asphalt construction preferred.
• Familiarity with operating excavators, backhoes, dozers, or similar equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be safety conscious, reliable, and able to work in physically demanding outdoor environments.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy equipment on construction projects per supervisor direction and job specifications.
• Support daily operations by ensuring equipment is run safely, efficiently, and within tolerances.
• Perform manual labor duties to assist crew with grading, loading, or laying asphalt.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor servicing of equipment.
