Reynolds Asphalt & Construction Company is seeking an Equipment Operator to operate heavy machinery for construction, demolition, or excavation projects. The role focuses on site preparation, hauling, and equipment operation to build roads and related infrastructure.

The position requires reading building plans, excellent mechanical skills, and the ability to work long hours in varied weather conditions. On-the-job training is available with a strong safety culture.

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of heavy machinery operation and capabilities.
• Ability to read building plans related to structural concrete and land grades.
• Excellent mechanical skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Operates heavy machinery for construction, demolition, or excavation.
• Prepares sites for building, demolition, or excavation.
• Reads building plans related to concrete and land grades.
• Transports tools and equipment to and from sites.
• Uses equipment to prepare building sites for exterior concrete like parking lots and driveways.
• Operates machinery used to build bridges, roads, and railroads.
• Inspects and fuels vehicle prior to beginning shift.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
