Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas across our communities. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will help ensure safe, attractive properties and may work weekends or after-hours as needed to meet community requirements.

Responsibilities include removing litter, performing trash-out duties, maintaining landscaping, checking exterior lighting, caring for pools/spas, snow removal, and routine property maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have a working knowledge of building maintenance.
• Able to work independently and have a willingness to learn.
• Must have good communication abilities.
• No formal training required, just a willingness to work/learn.

Responsibilities

• Physically walk the property regularly, removing litter and debris.
• Perform trash-out duties at vacated apartments.
• Notify manager about diseased or dead landscape plants.
• Check and replace exterior lighting as needed.
• Clean and maintain pool or spa as directed.
• Shovel snow and apply ice melt when necessary.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways, and stairwells as needed.
• Distribute resident communications about events and notices.
• Maintain safety awareness and follow Peak Living goals.
