Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to keep our community well-maintained and inviting. The role involves outdoors work across lawns, landscaping, common areas, and basic maintenance tasks, contributing to a high-quality resident experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, up to one year of groundskeeping experience, and the ability to operate maintenance tools. Physical effort and weather exposure are expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to one year of groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment and tools.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and climb up to 40 feet.

Responsibilities

• Keep the community looking pristine by daily property inspection and litter removal.
• De-ice walkways and shovel snow in winter.
• Keep pool areas sparkling by cleaning decks and tidying chairs.
• Assist with light maintenance: bulbs, filters, caulking, painting, repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents by removing trash and checking appliances.
• Follow safety guidelines and comply with laws and policies.
• Assist with special projects to improve the community.
