Qualifications

• Must possess basic knowledge of necessary equipment and safety standards.
• Must be able to perform duties in direct exposure to the weather.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance as prescribed or assigned.
• Install, repair, and maintain sprinkler and irrigation systems.
• Operate lawn mower, weed trimmer, edger, chainsaw, and other equipment.
• Apply chemicals safely, including fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
• Maintain driveways, parking lots, and walkways by removing debris.
• Assist with basic maintenance to equipment.
