Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Utilities Attendant to maintain the grounds and exterior spaces. You will help keep parking structures, lots, garage, and surrounding areas clean, safe, and orderly for guests and team members.

You will operate and care for lawn equipment, trim plants, and assist with housekeeping tasks as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior groundskeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Ability to use all necessary tools and equipment to perform maintenance functions.
• Answer all calls promptly and maintain politeness; pay attention to guests and team members.
• Knowledge of OSHA required standards and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of personal protective equipment.
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.

Responsibilities

• Ordering supplies for plants and equipment to maintain the grounds.
• Cutting, weeding, and edging the grass, raking leaves, and sweeping parking lots and garage.
• Planting, removing, and relocating plants, flowers, trees, and bushes.
• Removing trash and debris from parking lot areas and grounds; emptying trash containers.
• Using, maintaining, and cleaning all machinery equipment.
• Ensuring signs, posts, and fences are straight and secure.
• Maintaining clean, orderly outside areas at the highest maintenance level.
• Keeping Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia grounds and garage safe for guests and team members.
• May assist with internal housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
