Job summary
Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dependable Landscaping Specialist in Albuquerque to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces across our properties. You will monitor plant health, irrigation performance and coordinate with property leaders to ensure pristine grounds and water-conscious practices.
Applicants should have at least one year in landscaping or groundskeeping, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of professional landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred.
- Experience with irrigation or property maintenance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, gardens, trees and plantings across properties.
- Monitor plant health and address pest, disease, soil, and watering concerns.
- Inspect irrigation systems, adjust schedules and perform basic repairs.
- Prioritize needs and propose improvements for appearance and water use.
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.
- Coordinate projects with property leaders, facilities teams and vendors.
- Identify safety hazards and report issues promptly.
- Keep outdoor spaces clean, safe and welcoming to guests.
