Arlington Properties is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper for our Spartanburg communities. You’ll maintain lawns, walkways, and common areas to create a clean, safe, and inviting environment for residents. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail in all seasonal tasks.

No landscaping experience is required, though you should be ready to work outdoors in all weather. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable)
• Adhere to all safety and company policies
