Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating lawn maintenance tools and equipment.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pristine community by daily inspection and litter removal.
• De-ice walkways and shovel snow to keep pathways safe in winter.
• Keep pool areas clean and chairs arranged for a resort-like vibe.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks (bulbs, filters, caulking, painting).
• Prepare apartments for new residents by cleaning and checking appliances.
• Follow safety guidelines and comply with policies and laws.
• Support special projects to improve the community.
