Job summary

Carolina Sweepers is seeking a Grounds Labor Technician to work full-time outdoors across commercial properties in the Carolinas. The role involves active driving, litter pickup, surface cleaning, dumpster maintenance, and general upkeep. No prior experience required; training provided and long-term career growth available.

You will operate a company pickup, work outside in all weather, and adhere to safety procedures with PPE. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Picking up litter on commercial properties.
• Wiping/cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, benches, etc.
• Changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans.
• Cleaning dumpster enclosures and breaking down boxes.
• Carrying out other building maintenance tasks as needed.
• Drive a company pickup truck to and from jobsites.
• May work on ladders/roofs or near retention ponds.
• Hang signs.
