Carolina Sweepers in Cary, NC is seeking a Grounds Labor Technician to perform outdoor maintenance at commercial properties. The role is full-time and involves moving between job sites, cleaning surfaces, and keeping areas tidy.

You will drive a company pickup to sites, assist with ladders and retention ponds as needed, and participate in general building upkeep. Training is provided, with benefits including health, life, and dental insurance, a Simple IRA with 3% match, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Active driver license and a clean driving record required.
• Experience in janitorial or landscaping is a plus.
• Training provided; prior experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick up litter and clean surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, benches, etc.
• Change trash bags in outdoor cans and clean dumpster enclosures.
• Move and lift heavy pallets, furniture, or other items as needed.
• Do general building maintenance tasks and assist on ladders/roofs or near retention ponds.
• Drive a company pickup to and from jobsites.
