The successful candidate will have reliable transportation, a valid California driver's license with current auto insurance, and a friendly, detail-oriented approach to customer service and teamwork. Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between communities.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and common areas.
• Perform daily property walks and pick up litter.
• Address grounds-related concerns and coordinate between communities as needed.
• Travel between assigned communities to complete tasks.
