GSF Properties Inc. in Clovis, CA is hiring a Floating Grounds Technician to keep apartment communities clean and welcoming. The role requires a valid California driver's license and ability to travel between communities.

You will perform grounds maintenance, daily property walks, pick up litter, and address concerns while providing friendly service to residents and team members. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday with hours that vary by season.

Qualifications

• Valid California Driver's License (required).
• Current auto insurance (required).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive communities.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between assigned communities.
• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or apartment community experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (winter) and 7am-4pm (summer) = 40 hours per week.

Now Hiring: Floating Grounds Technician - Clovis, CA

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Floating Grounds Technician to help keep our apartment communities clean, attractive, and welcoming. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and love making a great first impression, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance are required.

As a Floating Grounds Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining community grounds and common areas, performing daily property walks, picking up litter, addressing grounds-related concerns, and traveling between assigned communities as needed. We're looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and friendly with both residents and team members.

Pay starts at $17.50 per hour plus benefits. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (winter hours) and 7am-4pm (summer hours)
