GSF Properties Inc. is hiring a Floating Grounds Technician to help keep our apartment communities clean, attractive, and welcoming.

The role involves outdoor groundskeeping, daily property walks, litter removal, and servicing multiple communities with reliability and a friendly, resident-focused approach. The position requires a valid California driver’s license and current auto insurance, and offers benefits with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour.

Description

Now Hiring: Floating Grounds Technician - Clovis, CA

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Floating Grounds Technician to help keep our apartment communities clean, attractive, and welcoming. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and love making a great first impression, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance are required.

As a Floating Grounds Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining community grounds and common areas, performing daily property walks, picking up litter, addressing grounds-related concerns, and traveling between assigned communities as needed. We're looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and friendly with both residents and team members.

Pay starts at $17.50 per hour plus benefits. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (winter hours) and 7am-4pm (summer hours)
