Grounds & Property Operations Supervisor at Lutheran Life Villages leads the care and day-to-day exterior operations for our communities in Fort Wayne, IN. This hands-on supervisory role involves mowing, landscaping, seasonal maintenance, and coordinating a team of Property Technicians to keep campuses safe and beautifully maintained.

You will plan daily to seasonal work across multiple campuses, oversee equipment and resources, and partner with campus leadership to ensure high-quality outdoor

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of groundskeeping, landscaping, or related experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with mowing, landscaping, planting, pruning, mulching, seasonal cleanup, and routine grounds maintenance.
• Experience with minor snow removal and salting support preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead from the Field: supervise, train, schedule, and direct Property Technicians.
• Perform mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, pruning, landscaping, irrigation support, and seasonal cleanup.
• Establish standards for exterior appearance, safety, and maintenance across LLV campuses.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
