Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper for The Fairways to maintain outdoor spaces, ensuring a welcoming, aesthetically pleasing environment for residents and guests. Responsibilities include landscaping, upkeep of grounds, and safe operation of equipment.

The role requires basic landscaping knowledge, ability to operate mowers/trimmers, attention to detail, and reliability in a team setting with safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience.
• Familiarity with basic tools and outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds through mowing, pruning, planting, watering and fertilizing.
• Remove weeds, debris, leaves, and litter from outdoor areas and common spaces.
• Assist with seasonal tasks like mulching, snow/ice removal, and storm cleanup.
