Overview

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated and dependable Groundskeeper to join our team. The role requires someone who is self‑starting, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in maintaining the property's exterior spaces. As a Groundskeeper, you will play a key part in ensuring the visual appeal of our properties, shaping the first impression for residents and visitors, and contributing to an exceptional living experience.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and removes trash, furniture, and debris from the grounds.
• Cleans and maintains pools and hot tubs.
• Cleans gutters.
• Water plants and maintain landscaping.
• Maintains mail area.
• Power washes buildings, sidewalks, and other exterior surfaces.
• Paints breezeways and exteriors of buildings.
• Distributes notices/letters to residents.
• Reports information to the Property Manager, including damage to apartment buildings, maintenance problems, discarded household furniture, abandoned vehicles, etc.

Desired Experience

• Six months to one year of related experience, preferably on a residential property.
• Experience with pool maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
