Qualifications

• Ability to handle physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of property to maintain curb appeal.
• Assist with refurbishing and renovating apartments.
• Conduct daily swimming pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Respond to resident requests professionally.
• Inform managers of supply needs and keep areas organized.
