Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in groundskeeping or janitorial work preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order of outdoor and shared common areas including grounds, pool, laundry rooms, and mail centers.
• Pick up trash and debris daily to keep the property looking sharp and cared for.
• Spray down and straighten pool furniture and amenity spaces to ensure a fresh, inviting look.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, trash enclosures, and entryways on a consistent schedule.
• Change lightbulbs and complete basic outdoor upkeep to maintain visibility and safety.
