Job summary

Carolina Sweepers is seeking a Field Services Technician for a full-time role in Cary, NC. You will work outdoors, performing maintenance and repairs, installing signs, conducting property inspections, and operating vehicles and equipment.

This hands-on position rewards problem solving and reliability in a dynamic field environment. We offer competitive pay ($25.00-$28.00 per hour) and benefits including health, life, dental and vision insurance, a retirement plan with a 3% match, paid vacation

Qualifications

• 2 years experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.).
• Installing and servicing property signs.
• Conducting routine property inspections.
• Pressure washing.
• Welding (if qualified).
• Safely operating a company vehicle and equipment.
• Using mobile apps and completing daily reports.
• Managing tools and credit card with care.

Responsibilities:

• No two days are the same. You’ll be out in the field, working independently or with a team to keep properties in top shape:
• Performing minor maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.)
• Installing and servicing property signs
• Conducting routine property inspections
• Pressure washing
• Welding (if qualified)
• Safely operating a company vehicle and equipment
• Using mobile apps and completing daily reports
• Managing company tools and credit card with care

Requirements

• 2 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Active driver license and clean driving record
• Availability to work early/late and/or on weekends as necessary
• Ability to work on ladders/roofs and near retention ponds
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trash
• Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm

This position is perfect with a range of backgrounds such as; General laborer, Handyman, Maintenance tech, Electrical, Plumbing, Asphalt, Concrete, Welding, Construction ex. experience is a plus.
