Carolina Sweepers is seeking a hands-on Field Services Technician to join our growing team in Columbia, SC. This full-time role involves outdoor property maintenance, minor repairs, sign servicing, inspections, and pressure washing, with operations performed independently or with a team.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to lift up to 100 lbs, and willing to work variable hours including early/late shifts and weekends.

Formación

• 2 years of experience preferred, but not required.
• Active driver license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work early/late and/or on weekends as necessary.
• Ability to work on ladders/roofs and near retention ponds.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more.
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trash.

Responsabilidades

• No two days are the same. You’ll be out in the field, working independently or with a team to keep properties in top shape.
• Performing minor maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.).
• Installing and servicing property signs.
• Conducting routine property inspections.
• Pressure washing.
• Welding (if qualified).
• Safely operating a company vehicle and equipment.
• Using mobile apps and completing daily reports.
• Managing company tools and credit card with care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

• Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm

This position is perfect with a range of backgrounds such as; General laborer, Handyman, Maintenance tech, Electrical, Plumbing, Asphalt, Concrete, Welding, Construction ex. experience is a plus.
