Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain manicured lawns and landscaping, ensuring the community remains welcoming for residents and visitors. The role involves outdoor work in all weather, basic maintenance tasks, and collaborating with a team to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, winter weather prep, pool area upkeep, and assisting with make-readies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Basic maintenance knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is a plus.
• Dependable team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep community grounds clean and manicured; daily property inspections and litter removal.
• De-ice walkways and shovel snow to maintain safe paths in winter.
• Maintain pool areas by cleaning decks, removing trash, and arranging chairs.
• Assist with light maintenance: changing bulbs, replacing air filters, caulking, painting, minor repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents; assist with make-readies and inspections.
• Follow safety guidelines and comply with policies, Fair Housing, and laws.
• Support special projects and additional tasks as needed.
